Which intercourse positions are recommended in pregnancy?

As your bump gets bigger, I recommend that you try the spoons position (on your sides with him lying behind) as this is a comfortable position for him to hold you in his arms. As you know, this can be challenging when you’re big and pregnant. Another behind position could be with you on all fours; you could adapt this one by leaning over a tower of pillows. Alternatively, you on top positions let you control his depth and rhythm but watch out for pelvic discomfort in any wide leg positions.

I don’t know how to tell her but I just don’t get turned on by her pregnant shape, what should I do?

You’re not alone in how you feel, for some guys the dramatic change in your partners shape or even the reality of her pregnancy can be enough to stop you getting aroused with her. I recommend that you start focusing on the positive aspects of her body that you’ll always like, for example how soft her skin feels, how you love her eyes, how silky her hair feels on your bare skin etc and remember to tell her how much you love her, as she’ll be feeling your distance.
